Happy Birthday Hal!

It was Hals Birthday last week. Mike has been studying for midterms so I haven't been able to post her pictures. We just had a little get together. I hope to have a party for her next year. She was sure spoiled by us and by both sets of grandparents. I can't believe my baby is 3. She makes me laugh at least once a day!

I have to tell a story about today. I was bringing in groceries from the car and Hallee wanted Macaroni and cheese for lunch. I told her that I would get it for her when I was done. When I came in she had put it in the microwave to heat up herself. She then Got it out and put it on the counter so she could crawl down off the counter. She then proceeded to get a fork and took it to the table and ate. Wow, she is so grownup.

She got a dog named Lucky for her birthday. A fake dog! She was on the sofa and she was saying "oh does that feel good?" I asked her what she was doing and she told me that Papa Max used to rub Daphnies ears and she really liked it so she decided to rub Luckies.

Plain worn out!

I have made an effort to take Hal on an outing everyday. Mike and I walked to the park the other day and Hallee rode her big wheel. It was almost 2 miles total I would guess. We came home and Mike and I found H on the sofa just like this. She then fell into the crack. she is such a crack up. Addie was just being cute while H slept.

Ballet

Hallee has been taking ballet. She loves it. She comes home every week and shows me what she learned. She then turns on her dance cam and watches herself perform! I can't stand how cute she is.

Daredevil Hallee

Hallee love to go sledding. Papa Max and Hallee found a jump at the park and Hallee didn't hesitate to take the jump on.

Fondue

Hallee, Brynn and Katie playing in Brynns room. They love having tea parties and love making a mess with water.



We all played Mofia, and 4 on the couch. We had a excellent time. Never a dull moment with the Ryans.


Mikes family has a tradition of a fondue night during the holiday season. We had so much fun eating and playing games with his family. Anyone could have fun with food and family. Addie and Hallee miss having the cousins around. Addie is especially missing Taylor right now. She was so spoiled.

Hallee got what she wanted for Christmas! Her Minnie Balloon was waiting for her when she got up. We had a terrific Christmas. Addie even showed us how much she liked her toys and not just the paper. We are so grateful for our families and the generosity that they showed to us this holiday season. We are so blessed.

Christmas Madness

Addie and Hallee got to open Christmas pajamas on Christmas Eve. It has been a tradition for a long time in our family and we intend to keep it going. Don't they just look so cute!




We started out on Christmas Eve. My parents have a party at the house. We eat and have fun. One of the highlights is that we put on a little play. Mike, Hallee and Addie played big parts in the Nativity this year. Hallee was Mary and Mike was Joseph. Addie of course got to be the baby Jesus. We had so much fun seeing everyone.
