Thanksgiving

We had such a great holiday. We started Thanksgiving off by going to Tangled. Such a cute movie. The girls loved it. We then went to my Aunts for dinner. Yum. It was so fun to visit and see everyone. We stopped for a short visit at Grandma Parramore's.
I am really bad at taking pics. I didn't take any ove the holiday. I guess I was just so busy that I forgot.
I went shopping with Tiffany and Shelley Thursday night. We left at 8pm. What was I thinking? It was crazy. We arrived at Walmart and started to plan. Shelley and Tiff are experts when it comes to Black Friday. I walked out with everything I wanted and so did they. My trunk was so full. The trunk wasn't even shut. Ha! We should have taken a picture. I will be going next year for sure.
I am so thankful for my family. We have been so blessed the last couple of years. My girls are the best and Mike and I enjoy them. Everyday I have something to look forward to. It is a great time of year and I hope we all make the most of it.

The primary program

Hallee had her first primary program today. She did so well. I was so proud of her. She sang so well and did her part from memory. We only practiced the part a couple of times and she had it down. What a great a sweet girl she is.
I do have to say all the Sunbeams did great. They are such a cute class. I am really thankful to be able to be with them every Sunday.

Girls day out.

The girls and I went shopping for the day. We we went to the mall after a few other stores. As we walked the mall we decided to pierce Adds ears. She was so brave. She sat so still while they cleaned and marked her ears. As they put on gloves so said "Oh, this is going to hurt." She cried for one minute and was done. She left happy with a sucker. Hallee was such a support for Add. I love my girls!

First Snow

I forgot to blog about the first snow. Hallee woke up and was so happy. By the time she got home from school it was pretty much gone. Yahoo! Add is still a little unsure about the snow, but we will see what happens.

Halloween

We had a great Halloween. Hallee went to school on Friday and they had a party at school. Addie and I picked her up after and went to my moms office to go trick-or-treating there. The buckets were full when we left.
Meme took us out to lunch before we hit up Papas office. We had to empty the pumpkins before they started again. Of course they made out like bandits.
That night was the ward party. At the trunk or treat they filled them again. Ahhh.
We came home and carved pumpkins. The girls had a great time.
Sat. night Mike took the girls out by himself. I have been really sick and didn't want to go out into the cold. We had a wonderful Halloween. We missed AZ weather, but we had a great time.

Sleepy

We have church from 1 to 4. Naps are not in the routine on Sunday. Addie came home from church on Sunday and we couldn't find her. She was on the side of our bed asleep. Ha. Mike snapped a picture. We love that girl.

I want a library card and I want it now!

Hallee loves going to the Library. My mom was with her checking out books and she noticed that there were some little girls checking out books. She asked my mom if she could get a card. They went to get her one and they said no. The rule in SL is that you have to be five.
My dad heard the story when he got home and was not happy. He called to complain. Davis, and Utah County do not have rules on an age.
The board called my dad and asked if we would attend the hearing for a rule change. We all went. Hallee was so brave and spoke right up when they asked her questions. My dad got up to introduce her and she said "Papa, I am NOT shy."
Most of the board members agreed with us, but there was one that didn't. She still makes me so mad. The rest of the board past the change and Hal was able to go and get a library card that week. Congrats Hal. We are so glad that you Love the library.
